Tips on Maintaining Physical Health and Mind




1.         Physical Healt
a)         Get rid of biscuits and chocolate, and snack in the office change with nuts or fruits. Consume fruits twice a day with variety of colors, such as think red, green, purple, and orange.
b)         Choose best sources of protein, and add at least twice a week fish which enrice of omega 3 in your diet menu, such as salmon or tuna. Avoid the red meat as much as you can.
c)          If there is no time to go to the gym, no problem. Spend 30 minutes each day for simple sport, such as walking, cycling, or swimming.
d)         Drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day. This is very useful for health. Consume less coffee and soda, then change with tea or fruit juice.
e)         Sleep well. Sleep at least 8 hours a day. It is not only for resting your organs but also help your diet.




1.         Health of Mind
a)         Inhale deeply through the nose, hold for three seconds, and slowly exhale through the mouth. Do this 8 times. You will feel very calm effect. This relaxation technique is very powerful and can be practiced anytime and anywhere.
b)         Give me-time for 30 minutes every day. Shut down your handphone and listen to the music, reading, mediation, or pray. You can do it to re-charge your life.
c)          Think or write down three things that you are thankful each day. Make it as simple things matter.
d)         Reduce stress with smiling and laughing often. Sing a happy song every morning before going to work.
e)         Finally, maintain good relationship with people, your partner, your families, your friends and colleagues.
