The pattern with will is also called Present Future Countinuous Tense (Verbal) and used to express plans/future activities ( 1, 4, 5 ). And must has meaning have to (2) or  certain doing something (3).
SHORT CONVERSATIONS:
A        : What you will be doing?
B        : I will be typing my composition assignment.

A        : I am so tired. I must be taking a rest.
B        : Okay. I will be leaving soon.

A        : Where will you be continuing your study, Anton?
B        : Perhaps I will be looking for a job instead of continuing study.

A        : Do you know where Siti is?
B        : He must be reading books in the library.
A        : Thanks. I willl be seeing her.

A        : Don’t worry. I will be marrying you next year.
B        : And I must be breaking our relationship now.

SORRY, I MUST BE GOING NOW
Mary    : Say Chris, how are you doing?
Christy  : Just fine, thanks.
Mary    : I will be going to a cafe. Would you like to go with me?
Cristy   : I’m terribly sorry. I must be going now.
Mary    : Why?
Christy  : My mom is sick.
Mary    : I am sorry to hear that. I hope she will be getting better, soon.
Christy  : I hope so. I will be taking her to a hospital.
Mary    : Do you know where Rita is?
Christy  : She is at Nuri’s home. They must be studying together now.
Mary    : How did you know?
Christy  : She told me that just now.
Mary    : I must be leaving now, too.
Christy  : You said that you would go to a cafe.
Mary    : But I must be seeing Rita now.
Christy  : Something to say?
Mary    : I will be asking her Biology homework.
Christy  : Okay Mary.until the next time.
