Waking
up in the morning is the hardest thing that you should do. Morning athmosphere
that should be vigorously even be gloomy because you always feel tired and
underpowered. Why?
Less Nutrients
The
body needs nutrients from food to produce energy. If you don’t eat regulary, then
the metabolism in your body will be disturbed so easily tired. On the contrary,
consume foods with high good nutrient and easily absorbed by the body.
Less Sleep
Resting
is somthing that is needed by the body to work optimally. People who sleep less
would be easy to lose concentration at work and if it’s allowed countinuously
will cause serious problems in your health.
Less Sport
A
study in Georgia found that people who do sport three time a week, they will be
exited and not easily tired compared with those who didn’t not do sport. With
sport, you will circulate oxygen in the blood throughout the body more
efficently, so that you can become more powerful.
Lack of Drinking Water
Lack
of drinking water will make you dehydrated. Dehydration will lead to thickening
of the blood in the body that makes your heart work harder to pump blood
throughout the body. It is not awere to make the body more easily tired and not
powered.
