Type of Co-Workers Who May Disturb Your Work




While working you will definetely meet a wide range of different people. There is the ease of your work and some are just add to your problem. Oh, dear! Please check these here, what type of people who recently disturb your work?

The Hater
Co-workers of this type is the person who want to be on “top” of you but don’t want to work much. They usually are with this characters often talk about things that are not pleasant to others so they feel down and “the hater” will look more superior than others.

How to deal with it: Make their hated to you as a motivation to go ahead.

The Narcissistic
Co-workers who belong to this type are people who (usually) cann’t work in a team. They are more focused on their own work and don’t care about troubles of others.

How to deal with it: Enough to be yourself and try to continue to invite “the narcissistic” to work together in a team.

The Sad Person
The sad person usually looks like as person who is followed by black cloud wherever he/she goes. Co-workers with this type usually always has negative thinking and looks depressed. Worse again he/she is an attention-seeker.

How to deal with it: Don’t bother with this type. Don’t get too close to him/her. Feeling pity or sympathy to them will only make your job is interrupted.

The Cheerleader
Well ladies, sometime when you are bored at work, co-workers who like to create a little excitement can indeed throw boredem. But a co-worker who constantly “play” can make you fall into a “hole”. Why? Because they usually have a tendency. First, wasting your time, second, it will make your job so neglected. What will the boss say?

How to deal with it: Of course, by limiting your involvement with the cheerleaders. Don’t be seduced by incomparable joy. First thing first, dear!

The Conflict Creator
Well, the other word with a co-worker who likes to create conflict, or commonly reffered to as the drama queen. He/she is the one who should debate all things and had to win it.

How to deal with it: Don’t waste your time for correcting his/her words. The more you argue, the more she/he is happy to respond. Involve other everytime you have problem with her/him. Avoid you look more understand and smarter. After all, you don’t need recognition from colleagues.
